Do I need a flue liner for a new stove?+
Most older chimneys need lining when a stove goes in, but not all of them do. That is what the survey is for, and you will be told honestly either way before you commit to anything.
Do you supply the stove or do I buy it?+
Either. If you have already chosen a stove we will fit it. If you have not, we will tell you what suits the fireplace and the way you actually use the room.
How long does an installation take?+
Most straightforward installations are done in a day. Anything needing more building work is quoted with a realistic timescale up front.
