Your name, address, phone number and any details you give about your chimney or appliance. This comes from you, by phone, text or email.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
To quote for work, arrange appointments, issue sweeping certificates and keep a record of work carried out at your property.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your details. Information is only shared where it is needed to complete the work or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Job and certificate records are kept for six years so that they can be produced for insurers if needed. Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted sooner.
This website
The site uses only what is needed to serve the pages and to send an enquiry form. We do not run advertising trackers or sell any browsing data.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the information held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where there is no legal reason to keep it. Call 07852 254224.
